1. What can I expect during my first visit? Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive review of your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, current medications, and health goals. Lab work may be ordered when appropriate to help create a personalized treatment plan.

2. Is this a telehealth clinic? Yes. Visits are conducted virtually for convenience and privacy, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home.

3. Do you prescribe weight loss medications? When clinically appropriate, medications may be prescribed as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that also includes nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior support.

4. Do I need lab work? Lab work is often recommended to evaluate factors that may impact weight, energy, hormones, metabolism, or overall health. Recommendations are individualized based on your medical history and goals.

5. How often are follow-up visits? Follow-up frequency depends on your treatment plan and goals. Many patients transition into monthly follow-up care for continued monitoring, accountability, and treatment adjustments.

6. What conditions do you help treat? In addition to medical weight management, care may include support for insulin resistance, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalance, fatigue, and metabolic health concerns.

1. What is included in the monthly membership? Membership may include follow-up visits, treatment monitoring, ongoing support, personalized recommendations, and care plan adjustments as needed.

2. Can I cancel my membership? Yes. Memberships can be canceled according to the terms outlined during enrollment.

3. Do you offer refunds? Because medical services are personalized and time is reserved specifically for each patient, refunds are generally not provided for completed visits or services.

2. How quickly will I lose weight? Results vary from person to person depending on medical history, consistency, nutrition, activity level, sleep, stress, and treatment plan.

3. What happens if medication is not right for me? Not every patient requires medication. Treatment plans are individualized and may focus on nutrition, lifestyle changes, metabolic health, and behavior-based strategies.

4. Do you prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications? Medication options depend on clinical appropriateness, availability, and current regulations. Recommendations are discussed individually during your consultation.

How do I get started? You can begin by scheduling a discovery call or initial consultation to discuss your goals and determine the best next steps.

What pharmacy do you use? Prescriptions may be sent to local or specialty pharmacies depending on the medication and patient preference.

What if I live outside of Alabama? Services are currently limited to patients physically located in Alabama at the time of their visit. Expansion to additional states may occur in the future.

Do you treat men and women? Yes. Care is personalized for both men and women based on individual health concerns, goals, hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle factors.

Can you order labs if I already have recent bloodwork? Yes. Recent lab results may be reviewed if they are clinically appropriate and up to date. Additional testing may still be recommended depending on your symptoms and treatment goals.

Do you offer hormone replacement therapy? Hormone-related concerns may be evaluated as part of your overall health assessment. Treatment recommendations are individualized based on symptoms, medical history, and lab findings.

Do you work with patients who have diabetes or PCOS? Yes. Care plans may support patients with conditions such as insulin resistance, prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, and other weight-related health concerns.

Do you offer ongoing accountability or coaching? Yes. Ongoing follow-up visits and monthly membership options are designed to provide continued support, monitoring, education, and accountability throughout your journey.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card? Many patients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for eligible medical services, but coverage varies by plan. Patients should verify eligibility directly with their benefits provider.

Are appointments confidential? Yes. Patient privacy is taken seriously, and all visits and medical information are handled in accordance with HIPAA privacy standards.
